Here is exactly what happens between choosing a plan and charting your first visit.
Payment is arranged directly with APRN Academy. Include the name and email for each clinician who needs access.
An administrator creates each clinician's sign in and turns on paid access for the plan and dates you purchased.
Open the sign in box on the home page. The first time you enter the charting area you confirm the privacy and device responsibility notice.
Add it to your home screen so it opens like an app and keeps working when the signal drops.
Clinical wording is saved on the device you chart on. It is never uploaded to us, to analytics, or to any outside service. That means a note written on your tablet will not appear on your laptop, and clearing the browser data for this site removes those drafts. Use the backup option on the Previous Visits page if you want a copy, and keep that copy somewhere you control. This application makes no claim of HIPAA compliance and is not legal, coding, or billing advice.
