Account and subscription

Use the same email address used to purchase at APRN Academy. One NoteGuide account works for Mental Health, Medical, or both, but each product requires its own subscription.

What happens after purchase

  1. You choose your plan and pay at APRN Academy.
  2. Your receipt includes a link back here to switch on charting access.
  3. Sign in, or create your NoteGuide account, using the same email you purchased with.
  4. We confirm the purchase with APRN Academy and switch on your Mental Health access.

If activation is delayed, nothing is lost and you never need to purchase again. Your purchase reference is kept on this device, so you can reopen the link from your receipt and choose “Try activation again”. You can also open Account & Access and use “Recheck subscription”. If it still will not switch on, email support and we will finish it for you.

Local notes and backups

Clinical wording is stored only in this browser on this device. Exported JSON backups are readable clinical data; keep them encrypted, private, and under your control.
