The Guided Interview
Instead of a blank note, you get one question at a time in plain "ask the patient" wording, a short note on why each answer matters, and red flag prompts you do not want to miss. Leave the coaching on while you are learning and turn it off once you are quick. Your answers become a complete evaluation note you can paste straight into the chart, and the diagnosis and codes are always left to you.

Pricing is per clinician, and the rate per clinician drops as the practice grows. Each clinician gets their own login.
