Clinical wording, encounter drafts, and generated notes are stored in this browser on this device. They are not sent to the NoteGuide account service, analytics services, or clinical AI services.
Backups and device security
Exported backups are unencrypted, readable files. Store them only on encrypted devices and systems you control. Protect the device, browser profile, and backups from unauthorized access.

NoteGuide does not claim HIPAA compliance. You are responsible for deciding whether your device, workflow, and storage practices satisfy applicable privacy and security requirements.
