NoteGuide is a documentation support tool for qualified clinicians. It does not diagnose, prescribe, create a clinician-patient relationship, or replace independent professional judgment.
Your responsibility
You must review every generated note, confirm diagnoses and codes, verify current payer and state requirements, and correct the record before placing it in a clinical chart or claim.
Accounts, subscriptions, and local data
Access requires a shared NoteGuide account and an active Mental Health subscription. Clinical content remains on your device. You are responsible for device security and for securely handling or deleting exported backups.

Guidance and code candidates are advisory and may become outdated. Always verify applicable law, payer policy, and professional standards.
